Job description

Software Engineer, Senior

At a certain point, software design can start to look like clairvoyance. You've developed so many organization-wide software architectures that you can not only orchestrate the best solution for any technical challenge, but you can also anticipate future concerns. That's because you're a software architect who specializes in architecting integrated, AIenabled software solutions that unify disparate defense data sources into a coherent operational picture, with a solid background in enterprisescale analytics platforms and missionsystem integration. At Booz Allen, you can use those skills to improve the software technology supporting advanced command and control (C2) in an Air Operations Center.

Your technical expertise will be vital as you lead the building of a machineassisted decision platform that integrates all relevant data into a Common Air Defense Picture (CADP), automates air defense workflows, and generates optimized courses of action using AIenabled decisionsupport components and iterative Agile development.

In this role, you'll directly impact Air Force C2 modernization by accelerating C2 decision cycles, automating key defensive workflows, enhancing crossdomain data fusion, and providing realtime operational recommendations that improve the protection of joint forces and strategic locations. With your advanced technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, you'll guide a team that develops the best solutions for our customers.
