The Skanska Cooperative Program targets students that are pursuing construction related degrees, but Skanska will consider individuals that may not have formal education opportunities, but demonstrate a strong desire to become part of our company at an entry level. Pay rate $25/hour.

Co-Op Position Include: Scheduling, Preconstruction, Estimating.

Spring / Summer Co-op: March - September

Fall / Winter Co-op: September - March

Preconstruction Co-Op Required Qualifications:

  • Working towards Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field or equivalent through experience.
  • Knowledge of basic phases of construction projects
  • Knowledge of mathematics functions (geometry, basic algebra)
  • Computer skills (Primavera P6, MS Office, Bluebeam, etc.
