Full Stack Engineer
Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite)
Role Overview
The Full Stack Application Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting modern business applications, data-driven solutions, and digital experiences that enable Power Delivery decision-making and operational excellence. This role combines front-end user experience design, back-end development, data integration, and product delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, product owners, and data engineers to transform business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and production-ready applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research, requirements gathering, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, process flows, and interaction models.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and design concepts.
  • Design and develop responsive web and mobile applications using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Develop enterprise applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and OutSystems.
  • Design and develop APIs and services, integrating applications with Databricks, enterprise databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Participate in Agile delivery teams, assisting with backlog refinement and solution design.
  • Create technical documentation and user-facing training materials.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Human Computer Interaction, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in application development, software engineering, or digital product development. Experience delivering customer-facing or business-facing web applications and working directly with business stakeholders from concept through deployment is required.
Technical Skills:
  • UX/UI Design: User Journey Mapping, Wireframing, Prototyping, Figma, or equivalent design tools.
  • Front-End Development: React, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST API Integration.
  • Application Platforms: Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform, OutSystems.
  • Data and Integration: SQL, APIs, ETL / ELT Concepts, Data Integration Patterns, Databricks Integration.
  • DevOps: GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Utility industry experience.
  • Power Delivery business knowledge.
  • Experience developing analytics applications.
