  • Guide teams through changes in priorities and milestones at the direction of executive &team leadership for your projects
  • Collaborate with the Program Management team at large to support overall resource planning, accounting/capitalization activities, and organize department events
  • Demonstrate flexibility in assumed roles to support critical initiatives (Our Program Management team is a service organization, so assignments to your project teams may evolve over time depending on our organizational priorities)

  • You feel a deep sense of responsibility for making sure commitments are delivered accurately and on time

What You Need:

  • 3+ years project management experience successfully delivering software/web development projects at various stages of the development lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience working on teams using Agile scrum and Kanban software development methodologies with cross-functional teams of 5-10 people
  • Ability to quickly form strong relationships that enable you to lead through influence rather than formal authority in a matrix organization
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills, with follow-through on decisions/action items
  • High comfort level learning concepts quickly, to effectively serve as a translator across technical and business roles
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Google Apps, Atlassian JIRA, and Slack
  • Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for basic analysis
  • Ability to balance your workload across multiple, competing priorities and threads
  • Ability to break down projects into smaller, achievable tasks
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while using your resourcefulness to ask for help from the right people when you need it.
