We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager – ERP (Oracle/SAP) to join our team. This role will involve leading large-scale, global ERP initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing project delivery from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle/SAP ERP project management, budget and schedule control, and enterprise IT delivery, along with a passion for driving successful digital transformation initiatives.

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager – ERP (Oracle/SAP)
Location: Dimondale, MI (Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week; local candidates only within 90 minutes)
Duration: 1 Year Contract (with possible extension)
Job Description:
  • Lead and manage enterprise-scale Oracle/SAP ERP projects across global teams
  • Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Manage project budgets exceeding $750M, schedules, scope, risks, issues, and change requests
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams of 20+ members, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to IT project management best practices and organizational standards
  • Utilize project portfolio management tools such as Clarity to track progress and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans using MS Project
  • Provide regular status updates, reporting, and governance documentation to leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Oracle/SAP ERP experience, including global ERP project management
  • 7+ years of formal IT project management experience following industry best practices
  • 7+ years managing project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and change control
  • 5+ years experience with project portfolio management tools (e.g., Clarity)
  • 5+ years of advanced working knowledge of MS Project
Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification (highly desired)
