Location-Primary Location: Chicago, IL (Preferred)

Work Arrangement

•Currently remote with as-needed onsite attendance.

About the Role

Client is looking  Digital User Experience organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive strategic programs supporting software development initiatives within the e-commerce platform. This position focuses on improving operational excellence, delivery execution, planning, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Platform, UX Design, and Research teams.

This is not strictly a UX Program Management role. Candidates with strong software development program management experience are highly encouraged to apply. Experience managing UX teams is not required.

The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, influences without direct authority, and successfully delivers complex software programs involving multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead large-scale software development programs throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

•Drive planning, execution, tracking, and delivery of strategic initiatives supporting Caterpillar''s e-commerce products.

•Build scalable operational processes and improve delivery efficiency across cross-functional teams.

•Develop project roadmaps, schedules, communication plans, and governance processes.

•Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and resource planning.

•Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Platform, UX Design, and Research organizations.
