Job description

As an Software Development Architect, you'll design and lead development of cloud-native applications on AWS - from microservices and serverless APIs to large-scale modernization initiatives. One engagement you may be architecting containerized backend systems with ECS and Kubernetes, the next you're leading a legacy application transformation using Lambda, EventBridge, and modern CI/CD pipelines. You'll work directly with clients to guide technical strategy, mentor engineering teams, and deliver scalable applications across a variety of industries and use cases.
What You'll Do
  • Design scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud-native applications that meet client requirements
  • Create and maintain application architecture documentation and design patterns
  • Develop standardized frameworks and templates for application development projects
  • Lead technical discovery workshops and architecture review sessions with clients
  • Provide hands-on development leadership for complex application development projects
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Serve as the primary technical consultant for application development engagements
