Schedule: In Office M-F

Hourly: $24.00 Undergraduate / $26.00 Graduate

Internship Program

The internship program aims to offer a positive work/training experience aligned with career goals and education level. Interns will be part of the Software Development team, gaining hands-on experience in office and field settings and actively contributing to client projects. The program emphasizes real-world industry exposure, including visits to project sites and internal training opportunities, fostering a unique learning experience and encouraging participation in company events.

Schedule

The Summer Internship lasts 10-12 weeks, starting in June and ending in August - September, depending on the candidate's availability.

Responsibilities

Project Support:

* Assist the engineering team in the execution of ongoing projects.

* Conduct research and analysis to contribute to project development.

* Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.

Design and Prototyping:

* Contribute to the design process working directly with the team.

* Participate in prototyping activities to test and validate design concepts.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

* Assist in conducting tests to ensure the functionality and reliability of engineering solutions.

* Work closely with quality assurance teams to identify and address potential issues.

Documentation:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

* Generate reports and summaries to communicate project progress.

Collaboration:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

* Participate in team meetings, providing valuable insights and feedback.

Learning and Development:

* Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:

*Currently enrolled in an accredited university majoring in Software Development.

*Training in Revit and/or AutoCAD is a plus

*FE/EIT is a plus

*Trained to utilize CAD/BIM standards

*Ability to work effectively in a highly energetic and multiple-engagement environment, dedication to teamwork, a strong work initiative, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas; detail-oriented
