In this role, you will develop, maintain, and execute automated test systems using National Instruments LabVIEW software to validate product performance, reliability, and quality. This position offers hands-on experience integrating hardware and software for data acquisition, functional testing, and automated test sequences in a production or R&D environment.
Ideal for early career engineers with 1-3 years of experience who enjoy working at the intersection of electrical/hardware systems and software development.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, develop, and debug LabVIEW programs for automated testing of electronic assemblies and sensors
-Create virtual instruments (VIs) for data acquisition, signal processing, instrument control, and test sequencing
-Interface LabVIEW with test hardware including NI DAQ devices, PCI chassis, cRIO, oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, and other measurement equipment
-Assist in writing and executing test plans, procedures, and scripts to verify product requirements and specifications
-Collect, analyze, and report test data; identify anomalies and support root-cause analysis.
