Understand the JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council) specifications for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and ensure compliance with these standards. Develop a deep understanding of internal architecture and create detailed documentation to support design and implementation. Possess knowledge of schematic design and layout principles to accurately interpret and contribute to hardware designs. Validate HBM designs through testing and verification processes to ensure functionality and performance. Perform hardware and software debugging in the lab to identify and resolve design issues. Utilize circuit digital and analog simulations to predict and analyze electrical behavior, ensuring robust and reliable designs. Conduct data analysis to interpret test results and drive informed design decisions. Communicate clearly and collaborate closely with the product engineering team to align on project goals and deliverables. Work with multifunctional teams across the organization to integrate solutions and maintain design integrity. Engage in systematic debugging and problem-solving activities to support the project from initial design phases through high-volume manufacturing.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
