TITLE: Software Development Engineering - Advisor
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Provide technical design solutions for payments products. Work with business analyst team to understand business requirements. Analyze the requirement and translate requirements into software design diagram. Modernize product by evaluating new technologies including Microsoft technology stacks and open-source tools and libraries. Provide level 2 production support and work with application support team to resolve critical and high business impacting issues. Define the technical standards, including software coding standards. Improve quality of code through reviews and through awareness. Define approach of DevOps (CICD) pipeline for build and deployment. Create deployment plans and provide deployment support. Provide solutions to PenTest team and fix security observation as per OWASP standards.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving experience with solution designing for payment processing systems. Prior experience must include: 4 years working with Visual Studio, C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, WCF, and Entity Framework; 4 years working with Front-end UI using html, legacy angular.js, JavaScript, Bootstrap, XSLT, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery; 4 years working with .Net Framework and .Net Core; 4 years designing and implementing web services with REST and SOAP; 3 years working with SQL and database queries; and 3 years working with IIS including Web Config, app pools, security, and certificates.
