Job Summary (List Format):
- Serve as a Senior SDET/Test Engineer supporting migration of an end-of-life application to a new internal tech stack
- Operate autonomously with full ownership of the QA approach and daily execution
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing of complex workflows
- Collaborate closely with software engineers as requirements and features are finalized
- Utilize strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to integrate QA into delivery processes
- Apply hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright (preferably both) for automated testing
- Leverage working knowledge of Java and React to understand and effectively test the application
- Employ AI tools to enhance engineering and QA outcomes, demonstrating previous successful AI integration
- Communicate and collaborate effectively within a small, cross-functional team
- Ensure high standards of software quality and timely delivery throughout the migration process
