The Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)is responsible fordesigning, developing, andmaintainingautomated test frameworks and test cases to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software applications. This role partners closely with software engineers, product managers, and QA team members to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.ย

This position performs its duties fromย our Orange, CA or New Braunfels, TXย office. The roleย operatesย in a professional officeย environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, mobile devices, andย related technology.ย
Physical Requirementsย
While performing the functions of this job, the employeeย is regularly required toย sit;ย frequentlyย requiredย to talk and hear, use hands and fingers to type, scroll and use computer equipment. The employeeย is required toย have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data andย figures; viewing a computer and multiple screens; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.ย ย
Position Type and Expected Hours of Workย
This is afull-timeย exemptposition. Days and hours worked are dependent on business needs and workload. General availability during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, is expected.ย Based on the candidateย and /or position, a hybrid work arrangement may be considered; however,a minimum of three (3) or more days per week in the office isย requiredto support executive collaboration, leadership presence, and cross-functional engagement. Some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may beย requiredย as job duties demand.ย
Travelย
There isย no major travel requirementย for this position. However, infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s), attend conferences/industry events, etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat isย required. This event is a 2-3-day retreat.ย ย Attendance at our annual User Conference as assigned.ย
Salary Rangeย
The salary range isย $95k - $110kย annually. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
