Design and develop the SPB Agent platform using Gen AI/ML technologies that provide consistent, well-reasoned outcomes for advertiser guidance in a secure & reusable architecture, delivering low latency and secure advertiser experiences
Optimizing for operation costs at scale through efficient resource utilization, token consumption and memory footprint at scale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across our advertising ecosystem
Pioneer new approaches to conversational AI and natural language interactions in advertising
Shape the future of how businesses connect with customers through AI-powered advertising
Create scalable systems that process millions of data points to deliver hyper-personalized ad experiences

As a Software Development Engineer on the Sponsored Products and Brands (SPB) Agent team, you will architect and build the next-generation AI features that will power personalization and intelligent advertising experiences for millions of merchants and brands worldwide. You are:

About the team
We're looking for a brilliant Software Development Engineer to spearhead our SPB Agent team

The team owns SPB Agent, which integrates and powers reasoning behind agentic experiences in the Ads Console, Sales, and Seller Central.
Examples of experiences that leverage the SPB Agent include but not limited to: 1) an AI Campaign Overview widget on an advertiser's Campaign Detail that dynamically adapts its narrative based on what the performance and campaign data Page 2) an AI companion in Next Gen Selling, Seller Central or Seller Assistant that provides a personalized, interactive and automated experience where Selling Partners receive data-backed guidance for growing their business, making autonomous decisions and executing actions on behalf of sellers and 3) AI for Sales teams, grounded in each advertiser's stated objectives, product focus areas, and guardrails captured through their sales interaction
