Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate must possess strong expertise in Deposits, Loans, and Payments (ACH), along with hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve requirements gathering, documentation, software delivery, and testing processes. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to drive successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, and user stories.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined Agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, and software delivery activities.
