Work Model: Onsite/Office-Based Compensation: $85,000 Annually We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Software Developer/Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions for our clients and users. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for problem-solving and collaboration. Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Design and implement software solutions based on client needs and technical specifications.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Document processes, designs, and application functionality for future reference.
Accountable For: Experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Spring (depending on the role).
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Job Requirements Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.

Must HAVE a Secret Clearance.
