Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Project Management Intern will provide support to the Project Management team in reviewing, drafting, and submitting various administrative oversight of design and construction projects. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Shadow the Project Manager to learn daily duties, Complete assigned training classes, Assist the Project Manager with tasks at the proportional level of training, Assist with administration and improvement of the management tools, Assist with Safety oversight and documentation, Assist with Quality Control (QC) oversight and documentation, Organize QC testing and document results, Assist with schedule management and resource allocation, Assist with budgetary management, Assist in organizing and leading partner or stakeholder meetings, Coordinate meetings with team members, Evaluate project performance metrics by analyzing data on timelines, project delays, lessons learned reviews, Develop and Manage team schedules and tasks, Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalations, Assist with closeout documentation, and Other duties as assigned. Qualification Guidelines: Motivation and desire to become a Project Manager, Strong working knowledge of MicrosoT Office, Familiarity with Project Management practices, Ability to build productive business professional relationships, Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills, and Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in sales. Strong interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration, or an associate's degree with 3-5 years of sales experience.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, inventory databases, and other sales and fulfillment software. Training provided by Industry Mentor will include construction site: safety, quality control, and project management. Compensation range is $90k-$150k depending on qualifications and experience.
