The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

  • Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using JavaScript frameworks

  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable system architectures

  • Translate high-level, often ambiguous requirements from C-level stakeholders into clear technical solutions

  • Build and integrate AI-driven features

  • Take ownership of product delivery from concept to MVP to production and iteration

  • Establish best practices across code quality, structure, and development workflows

  • Mentor and coach junior developers and interns (code reviews, pair programming, technical guidance)

  • Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals

Needed Expertise

  • Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Node.js

  • Solid understanding of API design, system architecture, and infrastructure (cloud, deployments, environments, ideally with AWS)
