About this Role
The Senor Software Developer - API Integration role is an on-site hybrid role, located in Creve Coeur, MO. This role is key to modernizing the bank's technology by replacing legacy workflow systems and establishing a scalable, secure standard for automation across the organization. The work directly improves efficiency, reduces risk, and enables faster delivery of business capabilities.
Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who can lead the transition from legacy workflows to modern, automated solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
This role is heavily focused on:
  • Building model-driven Power Apps and workflows
  • Developing API-based integrations between systems
  • Designing cloud-native solutions in Azure

The ideal candidate is someone who can turn complex business processes into simple, scalable, and maintainable automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Modernization (Primary Focus)
  • Replace legacy workflow systems with model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
  • Design and implement standardized automation patterns across the bank
  • Build scalable, reusable workflows using Dataverse and Power Platform
  • Partner with business teams to streamline and automate critical processes

API & Integration (Critical)
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and system integrations
  • Connect internal systems and third-party platforms securely and reliably
  • Perform data mapping and transformation across systems

Azure & DevOps
  • Build and support solutions in Microsoft Azure
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
  • Use Infrastructure as Code to provision and manage environments
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and observable
