Role Summary

A manufacturing organization is seeking a Software Developer to support and enhance its enterprise ERP environment. This position is based onsite in Florence, MA. The client is open to candidates who do not have prior ERP experience but are willing to learn JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This is a full-time role with a fixed base salary of $90,000 plus a $10,000 annual bonus paid in two installments. The role also offers exposure to modern initiatives, including AI-related enhancements.


Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in software development supporting large-scale ERP systems
  • Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is preferred but not required

  • Experience working with internal business stakeholders and IT teams
  • Ability to translate functional specifications into technical solutions

Job Responsibilities
  • Report to the Technical Manager – Software Development
  • Provide day-to-day support for a large-scale ERP system
  • Participate in meetings with internal business users, IT teams, and external partners
  • Manage and support large-scale projects, including coordination with external consultants
  • Develop software solutions based on business requirements and functional specifications
  • Collaborate with software development teams to deliver business-aligned solutions
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute assigned development tasks
  • Build reports using enterprise reporting tools
  • Recommend system enhancements and improvements to maintain ERP effectiveness
  • Ensure ERP alignment with evolving business needs
  • Create documentation and deliver training to end users
  • Provide timely and professional support to internal stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and with external partners

Work Environment
  • Onsite role based in Florence, MA
  • Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional additional hours as needed
