This individual will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business workflows and rapidly translate them into scalable, secure, AI-powered solutions. A key objective of this role is to develop and maintain internal capabilities, ensuring that our data, processes, and intellectual property remain protected and managed in-house.

    • AI APIs (LLMs, embeddings, automation frameworks)
    • Rapid development platforms or frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, C#, etc.).
  • Experience building web-based applications, internal tools, or workflow automation solutions.
  • Understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to quickly translate ideas into working solutions.
  • US Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Low-code/no-code tools integrated with AI
  • Exposure to enterprise data governance, security, and compliance practices.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments or business-facing IT roles.

Key Attributes

  • Builder mindset: Moves quickly from concept to working solution.
  • Business-oriented: Eager to understand operations, workflows, and value drivers.
  • Ownership mentality: Takes responsibility for delivering and maintaining solutions.
  • Curiosity and adaptability: Continuously explores new AI tools and approaches.
