Job Summary:
As a Software Developer, you will analyze business needs and create applications that support the organization's information systems requirements. Working with minimal supervision, you will write code and design, develop, and implement systems, database scripts, and system interfaces. You will be responsible for all phases of application delivery, including business needs analysis, front-end development, data delivery, and ongoing system maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works with all levels of personnel in the organization to assess and determine appropriate system solutions
  • Designs, develops, and implements Line of Business Applications, database scripts and system interfaces
  • Diligently performs user support role
  • Writes and Unit Tests code to team standards
  • Collaborate with Information Systems Team Members on development and continuous improvement of systems delivery platforms
  • Responsible to stay abreast of and embrace new technology to meet continuous evolving technical needs of business
  • Responsible for the in-house design, development, implementation, and support of engineering applications used for competitive advantage
  • Other tasks as assigned

Skills and Experience:
  • Must have at least 7 years' experience working through the design, development, release cycle, and delivering software product to the end users

Demonstrated proficiency in various programming languages and applications, such as:
  • Languages: Typescript, JavaScript, C#, T-SQL
  • MV* Web Frameworks: Angular
  • Build Tools and Package Managers: Webpack, NPM, Babel, Yeoman
  • JavaScript Frameworks and Web Tools: NodeJS, BreezeJS, Angular-Material, Bootstrap
  • Databases: SQL Server, Azure SQL
  • Server Side: Entity Framework, ASP.Net Web API, .Net Core, .Net Standard REST, SignalR/WebHooks/Web
  • Sockets, Blazor
  • Mobile: Responsive design, offline apps

Required Interpersonal Attributes and Competencies:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively relate to key users and stakeholders of all levels
  • Time management and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task with attention to accuracy and details
