Role Summary:

Hands-on Hardware Validation Engineer responsible for server platform bring-up, post-silicon validation, and hardware/software debugging in a lab environment. The role involves building and configuring systems, validating CPUs and memory (DIMMs), troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing root cause analysis, and utilizing Linux, Python, and AI-assisted tools to improve validation and debug efficiency. Ideal candidates have experience with server hardware, OS installation, hardware debugging, and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced lab setting.


Required Qualifications

โ€ข BS/BE/MS in Electrical Engineering

โ€ข 0โ€“5 years of experience in hardware validation, lab environments, or related roles

โ€ข Familiarity with PC/server hardware and system architecture (DDR experience is a plus)

โ€ข Experience or exposure to Windows and Linux OS installation and configuration

โ€ข Basic knowledge of Python scripting or automation tools

โ€ข Understanding of hardware debugging concepts and log analysis

โ€ข Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills

โ€ข Experience with DDR5 and DIMM architecture

โ€ข Familiarity with BIOS flashing tools (ROM burner or utilities)
