MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Analyst to join our team.This is a remote position within commutable distance to New River, NC. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Manages servers, which typically involves installing and upgrading, as well as problem solving any issues related to the servers
* Provides the essential software support for laptop computers, including the configuration of the hardware devices, testing new software and designing the structure of the network
* Monitors the system configuration, including the server event log
* Tests the operating system software, the networking software and the computer hardware
* Maintains system security and data integrity
* Monitors and develops the procedures for backing up servers
* Maintains data files and control procedures for a system of networked computers
* Frequent onsite working sessions and training.
* Weekly onsite working sessions in New River, NC Minimum Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent
* 3+ years of experience performing systems administration and/or systems analysis duties in support of the Navy or USMC
* Must obtain a CompTIA Security+ certification within 3 months of hire
* Hands-on knowledge of TCP/IP, information security/authorization profiles, or system administration of Windows systems Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of DECKPLATE, NAVAIR LOGIT, OOMA system and aircraft data reporting Clearance Requirements: * U.S. Citizenship required and a current or active Secret security clearance
