About the Team

Join the team behind Asset Management, a relatively new, greenfield product at Paylocity designed to help organizations manage IT assets throughout the employee lifecycle - from assigning equipment during onboarding to managing, purchasing, and recovering assets. The team is made up of experienced senior engineers and owns the product end to end, with a strong focus on quality, thoughtful technical design, and a “you build it, you run it” mindset.

The product is now entering its next stage of growth, with a focus on expanding the Asset Management ecosystem through integrations with external device-management and IT service platforms. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers to shape these new capabilities, contribute to technical decisions, and take ownership across the full delivery lifecycle, from solution design and implementation through deployment and production. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building rather than simply maintaining, wants meaningful technical ownership, and is excited to influence how a growing product evolves.
