Position Overview

CRDN of the Arl-La-Tex is seeking an Operations Manager to join our dynamic and diverse team. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the restoration company. This includes managing the production team, scheduling jobs, ensuring quality control, maximizing operational efficiencies, and supporting company growth and profitability. This position requires hands‑on leader with experience in the restoration industry who can thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management
  • Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Operations Oversight
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency across all departments.
  • Ensure all processes align with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Manage workflow, including job scheduling, tracking, and delivery timelines.
Project Management
  • Plan, oversee, and manage various projects within the operations department.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., billing, customer service) to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
Client Communication & Service
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries regarding job status or billing.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Billing and Reporting
  • Assist with overseeing commercial billing processes and reporting of work in progress.
  • Work with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Maintain organized records and submit weekly reports on operational activities.
Quality Control & Compliance

Job Requirements

  • Comfortable working in environments affected by fire, water, or wind damage.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent overall project management or operations management experience.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may substitute for educational requirements.

  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Xactimate software and/or the restoration industry is a plus.
