About the Role

The Assistant Club Manager supports the Club Manager across sales, programming, and daily operations, and steps into leadership when needed. A great fit for a reliable, team-oriented person ready to grow into club leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Support membership sales and maintenance.
  • Assist with basic club programming and work with Marketing on club promotion.
  • Train staff on membership sales, building rapport, and customer service.
  • Use all club software (PlayByPoint, Delightree, HubSpot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.).
  • Manage club operational needs and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Communicate with members, ambassadors, and staff; attend all meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or club/retail operations.
  • Strong, professional communicator with members, staff, and leadership.
  • Proven ability to support membership sales, retention, and relationship building.
  • Comfortable learning multiple software platforms; highly organized under pressure.
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to step into leadership as needed.
  • Full availability on at least two of the three weekend days (Fri–Sun).

Required Certifications

First Aid, AED, and CPR certification. Optional: Club Manager Training & Certification at The Picklr HQ.
