SAIT is looking for a Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst to join our Information Technology Services team! This role is responsible for ensuring that SAIT's software assets are properly managed and utilized in full compliance with vendor contracts.

Key responsibilities include recommending, supporting, and maintaining SAM policies and procedures, assisting with software procurement, and maintaining an inventory of all software assets across the institution. The position also involvesย tracking and updating license data, monitoring usage patterns, supporting compliance audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain an effective SAM program at SAIT.
