Job description:
We are seeking a hands-on App Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to provide proactive customer support for enterprise-grade applications built on Java, AngularJS, and AWS. The role involves triaging and resolving incidents, analyzing system behavior, and coordinating with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure high availability and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Strong hands-on experience in Java application debugging
  • Proven ability in triaging, analyzing logs, and restoring services
  • Exposure to cloud-native microservices and containerized environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Skilled in incident prioritization, root cause documentation, and post-mortem analysis
  • Good understanding of production operations and on-call support models

  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps workflows
