Job description

We are looking for End User Support @ Canton, MS

Key Responsibilities:

  • provide hands-on, in-person technical assistance. 
  • Responsible for troubleshooting hardware, configuring software, managing local networks, asset management, support on small projects and provide attention to Incidents and service requests by complying with SLA and KPIs stablished by contract
  • Hardware Maintenance: Install, repair, and upgrade physical devices like desktop computers, laptops, printers, servers, and network peripherals.
  • Software Troubleshooting: Install, update, and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS) and business applications (Microsoft 365, others).
  • Network Support: Troubleshoot wired and wireless (Wi-Fi) connectivity issues and maintain local network devices such as routers and switches.
  • User Support & Training: Assist employees in person, explain technical solutions, and help new hires with hardware setups and account onboarding.
  • Ticket Management: Log all service requests, track issue progression, and document resolutions in ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
  • Remote support: provide support to remote users or deliver/recover assigned devices.
  • Local asset management: Register every device received in assigned location, update the records as assignation changes, recover devices when users leave the company, keep CMDB records up to date, conduct weekly or monthly inventory reconciliation.
  • Knowledge management: Create, update, decommission knowledge articles, SOPs, etc. as required.
