What Youll Do

  • Process donated goods using GoodwillsOne Touch Systemstandards
  • Sort items into saleable goods, e-commerce, salvage, or waste categories
  • Price wares and softlines according to organizational guidelines
  • Meet production and quality standards for processed items
  • Preserve the value and quality of donated goods
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work respectfully with team members and program participants
  • Complete required training and follow all safety procedures


Production Expectations

  • Wares:63 items per hour
  • Softlines:50 items per hour
  • Bin Processing:1 rack every 1.5 hours
  • Maintain quality standards with less than 10% pull rate during audits


What Were Looking For

  • Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Knowledge of collectibles or antiques a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and productivity focus
  • Ability to make quick decisions and stay organized

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
