Job Summary
We are looking for full time employee with experience working in a dental office (HMO/PPO) as a treatment coordinator with good verbal skills and friendly. we use softdent dental. 

Responsibilities 
  • Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
