Job description

Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking a Site Supervisor in Millbrae to oversee all aspects of our summer youth baseball and softball camp operations at Taylor Middle School.

This is the senior on-site leader responsible for staff performance, camper safety, daily scheduling, and overall program quality. The Site Supervisor ensures that every camper experience reflects the professionalism and standards of the San Francisco Giants brand.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of camp coaches and instructors

  • Implement the Giants Baseball Camps curriculum with consistency

  • Monitor camper safety and enforce risk-management protocols

  • Coordinate daily schedules, equipment, and field logistics

  • Address parent questions and resolve issues proactively

  • Maintain a structured, energetic, and positive camp culture

Qualifications:
  • Prior leadership experience in youth sports or camp settings

  • Background in baseball and/or softball (playing or coaching preferred)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage staff accountability

  • High level of responsibility and dependability

Position Details:
  • 10-week summer commitment (June 8 August 14, 2026)

  • MondayFriday, approximately 8 hours per day

  • Ability to support nearby Bay Area camp locations if needed

  • Background screening required

  • Comfortable driving a rented camp van if assigned

Compensation:

$1,400$1,650 per week based on experience
