In your role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional limits, using evidence-based evaluation techniques.
• Create personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing specific injuries or orthopedic conditions, incorporating a variety of rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and modalities.
• Implement treatments that include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education, ensuring each patient understands their condition and treatment goals.
• Regularly monitor patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal recovery.
• Engage actively with patients to motivate and encourage them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory and insurance standards.

You will be working predominantly with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your expertise in manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization will be crucial in managing a caseload that may include post-operative rehabilitation, sports rehabilitation, and pain management strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, showcasing hands-on expertise in assessment and treatment modalities.
• Exceptional manual therapy skills and competence in soft tissue mobilization techniques.
• Strong assessment abilities suited for a “Direct Access” setting, with a solid understanding of orthopedic diagnosis and treatment planning.

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and participation in ongoing education.
• Experience with specific rehabilitation technologies, such as cryotherapy or electrical stimulation machines.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience in a clinical setting.
