What are Soft Craft Planners?

Soft Craft Planners are professionals responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing tasks related to soft crafts in construction and industrial projects. Soft crafts typically refer to activities such as insulation, scaffolding, painting, fireproofing, and other non-structural work that supports the main construction process. The Soft Craft Planner develops detailed schedules, allocates resources, ensures compliance with safety standards, and collaborates with various teams to ensure these support activities are completed efficiently and on time. Their role is critical for minimizing delays, optimizing resources, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Effective communication and teamwork are essential, as the planner's input helps minimize downtime and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
