To be the unequaled provider of special operations forces (SOF) and Intelligence Community focused technical, service, and training-based solutions.
Overview
As a SOF Intelligence and Operations Integrator, you will provide expertise and guidance in SOF Sensitive Activities (SA) and Intelligence Operations supporting ARSOF Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC). You will advise on mission management, requirements, authorities, and operational integration while synchronizing intelligence with operational plans through collaboration with mission enablers, subject matter experts, and Intelligence Community resources. You will develop and support CONOPs, CONEMPs, assessments, and planning products while integrating intelligence doctrine, operational policy, authorities, and lessons learned to enable SOF operations, battle tracking, and situational awareness. You will coordinate with Intelligence Community partners to ensure effective information sharing, mission deconfliction, and alignment with IC, SOCOM, and ARSOF policies and procedures. Additionally, you will support planning efforts across Irregular Warfare, Special Technical Operations, Information Operations, Military Deception, Electronic Warfare, and Cyberspace and Space Operations.
Security Requirement:
  • Current Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an embedded SA Intelligence and Operations Integrator if required.
  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in SA pathway development supporting ARSOF and parent Theatre Special Operations Commands.
  • Leverage and deliver the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence and planning material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
  • Supervise other Analysts, Planners, and Integrators in the development of a range of operations and intelligence products as well as material and training solutions.
  • Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside of normal business hours.

Requirements
Position Requirements:
Required:
  • Candidate must be a graduate of an IA Category 1 Collector producing course or be an Advanced Special Operations Training Course (ASOTC) (or equivalent) graduate; Special Warfare Training Course (SWTC), Jedburgh Individual Training Course (JITC) or ASOT Manager's Course graduation is preferred.
  • Former Intelligence Case Officer or Special Operations field grade officer, warrant officer, or senior non-commissioned officer with a minimum of 8 years recent experience conducting Sensitive Activities and 2 or more years managing SA in the IA or SOF.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting, supporting, and/or managing sensitive activities in the CENTCOM AOR and the Joint Planning Process is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; possess the ability to organize and deliver verbal and written products that achieve an exceptionally high standard.
  • Critical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight or as part of a diverse team.

  • More than 8 years of SA operational experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience.
