What is a sod installer?

Sod installers are professionals who lay down pre-grown grass (sod) onto soil to create an instant lawn. They prepare the ground, ensure proper grading and drainage, and then carefully lay the sod pieces to ensure seamless coverage and healthy growth. Sod installers may also advise on watering, fertilization, and aftercare to help the new lawn establish itself quickly. Their work is essential for residential lawns, commercial landscapes, and sports fields where rapid greening is desired.
