Job description

Job Title: SOF Operations Integrator - SOCNORTH Job Category: Intelligence Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: As a CACI SOF Operations Integrator, you will serve Special Operations Command North SOCNORTH, by providing sensitive activities expertise and developing requirements in support of USNORTHCOM objectives. In this fast-paced role, you will conduct compartmented planning for operations in highly sensitive environments. You will provide support to SOF and conventional organizations by developing concepts of operation (CONOPS), courses of action development, and day-to-day planning, execution and management of sensitive activities Responsibilities: * You will embed with the JICC to assist operational and tactical planning with the SOCNORTH staff and subordinate units.
* You will be responsible for coordinating the development of sensitive activity mission requirements with the GCC/IA and USSOCOM for GCC submission into the requirements adjudication and management process.
* Additionally, you will provide operational planning expertise by integrating intelligence doctrine, operations, policy, authorities, and lessons learned to support senior leader decision making.
* Produce and execute SOF orders and operations, conduct battle tracking, and maintains situational awareness on SOF sensitive activities for the command.
* Provide guidance to CCMD requirement originators to request purpose-build SA effects via the RAMP process. Qualifications: Required: * Current Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and Polygraph or ability to obtain a Polygraph.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field with 10 years of specialized recent/relevant experience.
* Former Special Operations field grade officer, warrant officer, or senior non-commissioned officer with a minimum of ten years recent relevant specialized experience as a U.S. Army Career Military Field / Military Occupational Specialty 18-series soldier or MARSOC Advanced Skills Element or Critical Skills Operator 0372 Raider.
* Candidate must be an Advanced Special Operations Training Course (ASOTC) (or equivalent) graduate; Special Warfare Training Course (SWTC), Jedburgh Individual Training Course (JITC) or ASOT Manager's Course graduation is preferred.
* Applicable Pathway Defeat operational experience or CWMD course graduation highly preferred.
* Demonstrated experience conducting, supporting, and/or managing sensitive activities and the Joint Planning Process is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; possess the ability to organize and deliver verbal and written products that achieve an exceptionally high standard.
* Critical and conceptual thinking skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently with limited oversight or as part of a diverse team. Desired: * More than ten years SOF Advisor
* More than ten years of operations-intelligence and or security assessment support and analysis experience within the DoD or IC.
* More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience
