WHAT YOU BRING
- 3-5 years' experience designing and developing innovative products
- Bachelor's Degree in Product Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
- A passion for style and function--awareness and ahead of marketplace trends in sport and culture
- Presents and communicates work clearly and confidently in meetings and reviews
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and Keynote
- Manage multiple projects at various stages of the design from concept to production
- Ability to apply and perform design skills such as: drawing/sketching, ideation, use of texture, spacing and scale, visual presentation development and layout
- Critique, iterate and adjust design concepts and prototypes independently and collaboratively. Evaluate designs from a performance, manufacturing and functional perspective, extend expertise to problem solve
- Open minded, good listener, receptive to candid feedback and diverse points of view.
- Ability to translate athlete needs and insights into functional design solutions.
- Highly detail-oriented and thorough, with a persistent drive to refine designs.
- Awareness of manufacturing processes and ability to collaborate closely with developers and suppliers.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D/digital visualization tools.
- Strong collaboration skills, while also confident in pushing for the highest standards.
