• Provide individualized psychotherapy and clinical social work services to clients in both telehealth and in-person formats.
• Conduct training and workshops for interns and university students, ensuring compliance with ever-changing federal, state, and county policies.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for each intern, ensuring records meet audit compliance requirements.
• Evaluate intern performance and document necessary feedback for their professional growth.
• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments, collaborating with clinical supervisors to support program outcomes.
• Prepare and present programmatic reports to the Director as required.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with agency standards and client care protocols.
• Engage clients in crisis situations and provide timely clinical consultations via phone and in-person interactions.
• Manage the intern recruitment, onboarding, and training processes that align with organizational goals.
• Oversee cleanliness and safety in the work environment, alerting management to any maintenance concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational needs and client service delivery.

This position entails working with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and families grappling with a range of emotional and social challenges. You will utilize your clinical expertise to create personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support. Your role will be pivotal in facilitating therapy sessions that address various mental health concerns, enhancing their overall well-being and functioning.

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Ability to provide effective telehealth services, requiring a reliable internet connection.
• Currently residing in the United States.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience working in community health settings and familiarity with electronic health record systems, specifically the AWARDS electronic health record system. Experience providing training and supervision to interns will also be considered a strong asset, enabling the enhancement of our clinical programs and intern development.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year.
