Familiarity with case management software, electronic health records (EHRs), and documentation systems is typically necessary. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and effective communication set exceptional case managers apart. These skills and qualifications are crucial for advocating effectively, coordinating resources, and supporting diverse client needs in complex social service environments.
