YOU WILL SERVE AS A PROGRAM MANAGER IN THE TEST & EVALUATION MANAGEMENT OF PROGRAMS & OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, TEST & EVALUATION PROGRAM LEADERSHIP DIVISON, SUPPORT DEPUTY PORTFOLIO ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE, CARRIER STRIKE OF NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF.
This position is the Assistant Program Manager for T&E (APM T&E) for an assigned program responsible to the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager (PM/DPM) in the overarching execution of all developmental and operational testing.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provides the lead role in NAVAIR/NAWC T&E acquisition, coordination, planning and resource utilization across developmental and operational test: 2) Manages project/program requirements, objectives, and metrics; 3) Resolves conflicts between schedules, funding and resources
