Assist in organizing and refining the social media and email marketing content calendar. Develop and curate engaging content for various platforms. Update and maintain website content. Create, schedule, and manage compelling email marketing campaigns. Support SEO initiatives to optimize digital content. Collaborate with external marketing vendors on various projects. Participate in departmental content meetings and contribute ideas. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Manager of Growth & Development. Who You Are Passionate about Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and grammar. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with major social media platforms and content creation. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and visual content creation. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics software. Available to work up to 28 hours per week on-site at the National Campus. The expected pay for this position is $19.50 per hour. This position is non-exempt.
