Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Campaign management: Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns
  • Content creation: Write copy for websites, social media, and other marketing materials
  • Email: Manage email campaigns and create content plans
  • Website: Maintain and update website as needed
  • Reporting: Analyze sales data and prepare reports
  • Marketing strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Brand management: Ensure brand guidelines are followed and brand voice is consistent
  • PR: Plan and execute PR strategies to raise brand awareness
  • Market research: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior
Social media: Manage social media accounts and create content plans
  • Coordinate CWR's social media efforts across all social media platforms.
  • Partner with other departments on content creation and education.
  • Utilize social media platforms to share CWR events, news, and other information
  • Maintain a rolling content calendar to ensure posts and engagement grow across all social media channels.
  • Adhere to established protocols for content creation, social media account creation/management, and content editing and approvals.
  • Develop social media strategy, follower engagement, and influencer outreach objectives to drive growth.
  • Research, develop, and propose content for each platform that engages followers and generates excitement about CWR
  • Launch, maintain, and report on social media campaigns. Data may include daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports based on campaign focus.
  • Pull data reports on posts and provide recommendations to help increase following.
  • Respond to comments and messages from followers to ensure an exceptional follower experience.
  • Research, understand and utilize critical social media trends to optimize content strategy.
  • Working with the management, actively seek out and propose ways to utilize social media to meet business objectives.
