Position: Marketing & Communications Intern
Location: Seattle, WA – Fremont Neighborhood
Pay: $21.30/hr.

The Marketing & Communications Intern supports daily digital marketing, social media engagement, website updates, and communityfocused activities that strengthen the Express brand and help drive recruiting and client awareness. This role is ideal for a college student studying marketing, communications, business, or a related field who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Social Media Support - Publish weekly content, draft simple graphics/captions, monitor inboxes, and track engagement.
  • Email & Contact List Updates - Maintain applicant, associate, and client email lists; assist with weekly marketing emails.
  • Website Updates - Refresh images, events, staff info, and job postings; support monthly traffic reporting.
  • Event & Community Support - Assist with job fair promotion, materials preparation, and Brand It Blue activities.
  • Online Reputation Monitoring - Track reviews and notify staff for timely responses.
  • Marketing Research - Gather insights on social media trends, recruiting activity, and competitor presence.
