Your role: Amplify the Ladder experience by running our organic social strategy, showcasing why Ladder is the world's best fitness app and bring real value to our community through smart education and bold entertainment.
Let's be honest, anyone can do social media. We're looking for a rare breed, the 1% of social marketers - someone who is intensely passionate about content strategy and creation, with a proven track record, has self-awareness and cultural taste for days and isn't afraid to lead.

VP, Brand & Creative
What You'll Do:
  • Ideate and produce social content series that resonate with the Ladder user, through speaking videos, coach content and member UGC
  • Collaborate with our creative team, as well as your creators and coaches to craft campaigns that turn heads and generate buzz
  • Optimize rollout strategies in socially native formats to maximize reach and impact-because every move counts.
  • Stay ahead of trends, content formats, and platform shifts to keep Ladder leading the pack.
  • Track community sentiment and manage inbox communications with finesse.

  • A deep understanding of social strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X)
