• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and analyze clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring tailored support.
• Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the unique challenges faced by clients.
• Develop actionable service plans that align with clients' goals and aspirations, fostering a collaborative approach to their healing journey.
• Act as an advocate for clients, fighting for their rights, and facilitating access to essential resources and services that uphold social justice principles.
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs, participating in grant reporting and ensuring that our offerings meet community needs effectively.
• Engage with community organizations, local agencies, and volunteers to enhance and expand our services through collaborative partnerships.
• Participate actively in team meetings, training programs, and community outreach activities to promote awareness of mental health issues.

The Recovery Solutions Center caters to a diverse clientele, including individuals and families coping with mental health issues, substance abuse, and those affected by trauma. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Strong knowledge of social justice, advocacy strategies, trauma-informed care practices, and available community resources.

• Previous experience in a therapeutic role that involved working directly with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with grant writing, program development, and community outreach initiatives.
• Understanding of and experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to client care.
