Position Overview

Recovery Solutions Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and analyze clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, ensuring tailored support.
  • Provide individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address the unique challenges faced by clients.
  • Develop actionable service plans that align with clients' goals and aspirations, fostering a collaborative approach to their healing journey.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, fighting for their rights, and facilitating access to essential resources and services that uphold social justice principles.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs, participating in grant reporting and ensuring that our offerings meet community needs effectively.
  • Engage with community organizations, local agencies, and volunteers to enhance and expand our services through collaborative partnerships.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, training programs, and community outreach activities to promote awareness of mental health issues.

Qualifications
