The Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated Social Media & Community Manager who can pair strategic vision with operational excellence to elevate our brand presence across a diverse digital ecosystem. Reporting directly to the Senior Social & Community Manager, you will serve as a key architect of our brand’s voice, managing high-growth channels and fostering deep community engagement.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who balances creative intuition with a rigorous, analytical approach to growth. You are confident with the community and creator ecosystems and platform-specific strategies—especially onTikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.

In this roleyou’ll get to:

Calendar Management: Working with the two junior members of the team to maintain a master content calendar that ensures a cohesive brand narrative across all platforms, working with the Snr Manager to tailor delivery to fit each platform’s unique algorithm and audience behavior.

Growth & Analytics: Translate raw platform data into actionable insights. You won’t just report numbers; you will provide the "why this worked” to the Senior Manager working together to make these insights actionable.

Commerce Management:Lead and execute "commerce-first" content, including working with the US Marketing Team on TikTok Shop and integrated social commerce features.

Trend Forecasting:Stay ahead of the curve byidentifyingemerging trends, sounds, and platform features before they go mainstream.

Community & Relationship Management:Move beyond reactive moderation by actively seeking out and engaging in relevant conversations across the social ecosystem—building bridges with niche communities and potential brand advocates.

What we are looking for in you:

Experience:5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within a fast-paced beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brand.

Platform Mastery:Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube, including a deep understanding of how unique algorithms rewarddifferent typesof engagement.We are looking for a genuine digital native who is immersed in social culture and naturally keeps pace with emerging trends and platform evolution.

Analytical Rigor:Proficiencyin social media analytics tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Sprout Social, or native platform insights). You must be comfortable reporting on KPIs across all core platforms.

Proactive Mindset:A proven "self-starter" who takes ownership of projects, thrives in autonomy, and brings new, data-backed ideas to the table.Someone who is hungry to grow and learn.

Content Creation & On-Camera Presence:Comfortable being the face of the brand for Shorts/Reels/TikToksandpossessingbasic mobile video editing skills (CapCut, etc.).

In addition to your platform expertise, you will bring established people‑management experience, enabling you to lead, develop, and align team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality output that supports our brand’s strategic objectives.

Must Haves:
  • 1 Year of People Management Experience
  • TikTok Shop Experience: Familiar with TikTok Shop functionalities and be comfortable with the day-to-day management due to regional limitations the Snr Manager will not be able to do this.
  • Channel Experience: Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube, including a deep understanding of how unique algorithms rewarddifferent typesof engagement.The right fit must also be eager to learn about changing channel natures – taking a lead on Pinterest and YouTube strategies working closely with the Snr Manager for support.
