Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our team at Kids Club ABA, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children. As a Student Analyst Graduate Level RBT, you will work closely with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help clients improve their social, communication, and daily living skills. Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA

  • Implement behavior intervention plans and collect data on client progress

  • Assist in developing and maintaining individualized treatment and behavior plans

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in implementing behavior strategies

  • Document client progress and maintain accurate medical records

  • Support clients in activities of daily living (ADLs) and social interactions

  • Conduct structured teaching sessions based on the principles of ABA

Requirements:

  • Prior experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities

  • Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques

  • Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents

  • Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus

  • Knowledge of medical documentation, care plans, and patient care practices
