Position Summary
The Soccer Factory is seeking a passionate, results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premier soccer specialty retail store. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing employees, managing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence. This individual will lead by example while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects The Soccer Factory's commitment to the soccer community.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop retail team members.
  • Create weekly employee schedules that maximize productivity while controlling labor costs.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable work environment.
  • Lead by example in customer service, professionalism, and work ethic.
Sales & Customer Experience
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
